For achieving SSF goals, members by collaboration shall provide from their collected subscription fees financial support to a members or beneficiaries nominated by him, and deduction shall be at monthly prescription rate as per the following conditions and cases:

1. SSF membership should be valid when death or complete medical deficiency takes place.
2. 
   Should it is officially being proved that he has a criminal role in the death of the member, beneficiary shall be deprived from subsidy decided to him.
